COVID-19 Statement

At Wingham Timber we are now able to expand our current service , whilst still respecting current Government guidelines.

We have returned to almost full staffing and are working hard to catch up with the backlog of orders, especially with our Timber machining and treatment services.

We can now offer a full delivery service albeit with more notice required to arrange deliveries.

Telephone lines are now manned from 8 until 5 Monday to Friday and from 8:30 until 12:30 Saturday morning. email to enquiries@winghamtimber.com

COLLECTIONS

From 29/6/2020 we will offer a Click and collect service with strict pick up times allocated to customers. For the time being we will have a limited number of time slots available from 10a.m. to 4p.m. each day. you will need to ring through your order whereupon you will be allocated a time slot for collection the following day. it is important that these time slots are adhered to and allow us to serve as many customers as possible. A strict 2 metre distancing policy will be employed at all times in the yard and all customers will are asked to respect this when visiting.

These temporary measures will remain in place to protect customers, staff and their families from contact with the Coronovirus.
